LADIES RIDE:
Pleaser join Velo City Riders Cycling Club in conjunction with the Maryland Cycling Community in their inaugural All Clubs Ladies Ride. The cycling community in Maryland along with some our sister clubs in surrounding areas have come together this year to do one all club ladies' ride t show solidarity across all clubs. The theme for this years' ride will be Heart Health as heart disease kills more women than all forms of cancer combined and also kills more than 50, 000 women of color annually.
In honor of Heart Health, they are asking women to wear red. Lunch will be provided and there will be Vegan and Vegetarian options available.
Registration includes; Lunch, Rest-Stop Refreshment, T-Shirt, and a charitable donation.
There will be 3 ride distance: a 25 mile, 40 mile, and a 55-mile route. The routes for these rides have been posted in Ride with GPS
